In response to the Turtle Gallerys theme of work for the summer, 2020,
OUR VULNERABLE EARTH, the three drawings in this seriess focus upon the possible impact of rising sea levels. If it happens, the existing and future coastal developments will be affected. These drawings might reflect what could be seen around Deer Isle and along other shorelines. Each drawing uses typical forms and settings seen on Deer Isle and elsewhere as graphic symbols to abstractly represent a future condition if water levels rise.
